Products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during checkout.

• Delivery Times:
  Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1 to 15 days from the purchase date. This timeframe applies to deliveries within mainland France.

• Delayed Deliveries:
  If your order is delayed, please contact Crown Watches Customer Service at contact@crownwatches.co.uk.
  If delivery has not been made within 30 days from the purchase date, we will issue a full refund of your purchase amount. This excludes delays due to force majeure events, such as postal strikes or other systemic disruptions.

• Delivery Inspection:
  When receiving your package, please check it before signing the delivery slip. If you notice missing items, damage, or non-conforming packaging or products, please indicate these issues on the delivery slip.

• Responsibility:
  We are not responsible for any loss or theft once the package has been delivered to your mailbox.
